About Bsmile
Elevated cannabis, made simple.
Elevated Cannabis. Made Simple.
Our story
Bsmile began in Brooklyn, NY 11235, with a simple observation: cannabis had matured, but the way it was presented had not. Shelves were loud, claims were louder, and very little of it felt designed for an adult with taste.
We built Bsmile as a New York brand for people who care about how something is made and how it is presented — a gold crest, a deep green box, and nothing that needs shouting about. The Bsmile Cannabis trademark, brand name, logo and intellectual property are owned by Bsmilecannabis LLC.
Today the Bsmile brand spans cannabis products produced with appropriately licensed New York partners, plus a range of non-cannabis accessories and merchandise designed and shipped by us.
Mission
What we're building
Design first
Every package, paper and accessory is designed in-house with a restrained, considered aesthetic — gold on deep forest green, never louder than the product.
Consistency
Bsmilecannabis LLC defines and holds the brand standard across every release with appropriately licensed New York partners, from cultivar selection criteria to packaging tolerances.
Compliance first
We build inside New York's regulatory framework, not around it. Our role is the brand; plant-touching work belongs to licensed operators.
What an Adult-Use Processor Type 3 — Branding license means
New York's adult-use framework allows a company to hold a Type 3 processor license limited to branding activity. Bau-AJ LLC d/b/a Bsmile Cannabis holds that license. The Bsmile Cannabis brand itself — identity, logo, packaging design, product specifications and standards — is owned by Bsmilecannabis LLC, which does not hold a New York cannabis license.
The license does not authorize cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, packaging, distribution or retail sale of cannabis. Those activities are performed exclusively by separately and appropriately licensed New York operators.
From Brooklyn, NY 11235, the brand reaches adults 21+ across New York. Explore the Bsmile cannabis catalog, shop non-cannabis Bsmile accessories, read the education guides or check the frequently asked questions. Bsmile does not operate a retail storefront; cannabis is sold only through licensed New York dispensaries.
