We collect the information you choose to submit: name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an accessory order, and the contents of any message you send through our contact or partnership forms.

We do not collect payment card information. No payment processor is connected to this website, and card details are never requested, transmitted or stored.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, fulfil accessory and merchandise orders, and — with your consent — to send brand updates. We do not sell personal information.

When you submit a question through Ask Bsmile we receive the question text, the topic you selected and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address. Submissions are reviewed privately by our editorial team.

Questions are never published automatically and are never answered automatically. If a question is later used as the basis for a published answer, it is rewritten in general terms and no submitter details are shown.

Do not include health records, medical history, prescriptions, government identifiers, payment details or any other sensitive personal information, and do not use this form to place an order or request a cannabis purchase. Cannabis is not sold on this website.

We keep submissions only as long as needed for editorial review and to reply to you, and you may ask us to delete yours by emailing Bsmile@bsmilecannabis.com.

If you create a Bsmile Community account we store your email address, an encrypted password held by our authentication provider, your chosen display name, the date you joined, and the dates you confirmed you are 21 or older and accepted the Community Guidelines and these policies.

Only your display name, your join date and your number of approved contributions are ever shown publicly. Your email address is never shown on the site, never included in page addresses, page metadata or our sitemap, and is never returned to other members.

Discussions and replies you write are held for review and are not visible to anyone but you and our moderators until they are approved. Reports you file and any internal moderation notes are private to our moderation team.

The Community is a discussion and education space only. There are no private messages, no file or photo uploads, no location sharing and no cannabis sales, ordering or payment of any kind.

You can withdraw your own pending posts at any time from your account page, and you can request account deletion there or by emailing Bsmile@bsmilecannabis.com. We keep community records only as long as needed for moderation, safety and legal compliance.

This website is intended for adults 21 and over. We may record that an age acknowledgement was made in order to comply with New York advertising requirements.

We use browser local storage to remember your cart contents and your age acknowledgement. These are functional and are not used for cross-site advertising.

Bsmile Social Media Hub is a private application operated by Bsmilecannabis LLC for authorized Facebook and Instagram connections. Depending on the permissions granted and features used, connection-related data may include account identifiers, Page information, authorization records or tokens, permitted API data and other connection-related personal data.

To request deletion of applicable Social Media Hub data under our control, email bsmilecannabis@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or access tokens. The instructions below explain authorization review, processing and possible retention limitations. Revoking a connection in Facebook or Instagram settings stops future authorized access but does not necessarily delete information already stored.
