Shipping & Returns

We ship non-cannabis accessories and merchandise only: rolling papers, grinders, trays, storage, glass and apparel. We do not ship cannabis under any circumstances.

Standard delivery is 3–6 business days and is complimentary on orders over $75. Express is 2 business days and Overnight arrives the next business day when ordered before 12pm ET.

Orders are prepared once payment has been arranged. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, opened rolling papers, filter tips and glass cannot be returned unless faulty.

Email Bsmile@smilecannabis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full.
