Terms & Conditions

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this website or to purchase any product offered through it.

Cannabis pages on this website are brand and catalog information only. No cannabis product is offered for sale, ordered, reserved or shipped through this website. Cannabis is sold exclusively at licensed New York dispensaries.

Only non-cannabis accessories and merchandise may be purchased on this website.

Accessory orders placed on this website are submitted as pending requests. Because no payment processor is currently connected, an order is not confirmed until our team contacts you to arrange payment. Prices, availability and totals shown are estimates and may be revised before an order is accepted.

The Bsmile Community is an adult (21+) discussion and education space. Membership requires a verified email address, a confirmation that you are 21 or older, and acceptance of the Community Guidelines.

Every discussion and reply is reviewed by our moderators before it appears publicly. We may approve, reject, remove, pin, lock or edit visibility of any content, and may suspend or close an account that breaks the Guidelines.

You may not use the Community to buy, sell, trade, gift or arrange cannabis or any other regulated product, to evade New York cannabis rules, to give medical or dosing advice, to encourage impaired driving, to harass others, to post another person's private information, or to claim to speak for Bsmile or any regulator.

You keep ownership of what you write and grant Bsmilecannabis LLC permission to display and moderate it on this website. Community posts are opinions of individual members and are not advice from Bsmile.

The Bsmile Cannabis name, logo, crest and all site content are the property of Bsmilecannabis LLC and may not be reproduced, redrawn, recolored or otherwise altered without written permission.

This website is provided on an as-is basis. Product information, including any cannabinoid figures shown on catalog pages, is provided for information only and may change.
