Bsmile Social Media Hub — User Data Deletion Instructions

Bsmile Social Media Hub is a private application for authorized Facebook and Instagram connections. It is operated by Bsmilecannabis LLC, the brand company, separately from Bau-AJ LLC d/b/a Bsmile Cannabis, the regulated New York operator. These instructions explain how to request deletion of connection-related data under Bsmilecannabis LLC’s control.

Email bsmilecannabis@gmail.com with the subject ‘Social Media Hub — Data Deletion Request’.

Identify the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram username and describe the connection or data you want deleted. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets.

We review the request and verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant account or connection. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information to verify authorization, and will explain the applicable next steps.

Depending on the permissions granted and features used, applicable data may include account IDs and Page information, authorization records or tokens, data obtained through permitted Facebook or Instagram APIs, and other connection-related personal data. This list describes possible categories, not a statement that every category is collected or stored for every connection.

After review and authorization verification, we delete applicable information under our control, subject to necessary legal, security and record-retention exceptions. We explain relevant limits, including information that must be retained or data held by Facebook, Instagram or other parties outside our control.

Requests are reviewed and processed rather than deleted automatically. We provide confirmation after review and processing, including any applicable retention limitations or further steps.

You may revoke the application’s permissions or connection through the relevant Facebook or Instagram settings. Revocation stops future authorized access through that connection, but does not necessarily delete data already stored. Request deletion separately using the email instructions above.
